  1. Lyn,
We haven’t been introduced but I’ve attended a couple of your readings in Port Townsend in the last few years. I’d like to invite you to a reading on Saturday, October 22 in Port Townsend. The reading is called The Angel of History: the Poetry of Pablo Neruda and Anna Akhmatova and is cosponsored by Northwind Arts Center and Copper Canyon Press. Ten contemporary poets from around the Salish Sea and beyond will read the work of Neruda and Akhmatova.

Please call me when you have a moment and I’ll tell you more about it.

    All best,
    Kathryn Hunt

    • Hi, Kathryn,
Thanks for writing. I’d be happy to participate. There’s a possibility I’ll be touring with Mohsen Emadi at that time, but if that’s not going on, I’d love to be one of the readers. I’ll call you soon. Cheers-

  2. Hi Lyn,

I’m an Yank visiting Georgia – first time since the Rose Revolution (then as a reporter) – and recently came across your wonderful new Rustaveli translation at a book fair and was told you might be coming this way this month.

Would love to join you for any public events you might be having or meeting on the side some time.

I’m in Sololaki. Here sometime into Feb.

    • Dear Ken – Alas, just got your message when I got back to the US. Thank you for your comments on the Rustaveli translation.
